4–8 PM at Chipotle, 1110 Blossom Hill Rd, Ste 30, San Jose. Chipotle gives 25% of our supporters' sales to Heartlines International.
In the restaurant
Before you pay, tell the cashier you're there for the Heartlines International fundraiser, or show our flyer on your phone.
Order ahead for pickup
Use promo code RCTR9LP in the Chipotle app or on chipotle.com. Pickup only, at this restaurant, between 4 and 8 PM on November 8. Delivery orders don't count.
Good to know
Orders on other days or at other locations don't count, and neither do gift card purchases. Paying with a gift card you already have is fine.
Volunteer
Write cards, help pack kits, or help with outreach. No experience needed: we train every volunteer, including on writing with cultural sensitivity.
